Face Lab Aesthetics was founded by Pat Del Rosario, Cristina Vang, and Dr. Zach Wagner—three experienced medical professionals with a shared passion for empowering others through aesthetics.

Pat and Cristina are nurse besties with over eight years of nursing experience, and Dr. Wagner is a board-certified physician and master injector, also serving as a flight surgeon in the U.S. Air Force.

Together, they created Face Lab to offer personalized, effective, and approachable treatments that celebrate each client’s unique beauty. At Face Lab, it’s all about self-care, confidence, and authenticity.

Dr. Zach Wagner

Dr Wagner is a board certified physician born and raised in Napa, California - now practicing in Solano County. When Dr Wagner is not working as a flight surgeon for the Air Force or perfecting his craft as a master injector, he is likely spending time with his wife and 3 little girls.
